Branksome Towers stands on one of the most distinguished clifftop positions on the Dorset coast, in Branksome Park, between Poole and Bournemouth. Blocks A and B are home to residents across Flats 34 to 56, set among mature pine and within easy reach of the beach, the cliff path, and the character of one of the South Coast’s most sought-after residential areas.
This site is managed by the Branksome Towers Flatowners’ Association Limited (BTFA), the resident-run company responsible for the freehold and the upkeep of Blocks A and B. Here you’ll find a little of the history of the site, how to get in touch, and, for registered flat owners, a private residents area with notices, documents, and service forms.
For Flat Owners
If you’re a flat owner at Branksome Towers, log in to access the Residents Area for the latest noticeboard updates, meeting minutes, service charge information, and to submit maintenance reports or consent applications. If you don’t have a login yet, you can register for an account. New registrations are reviewed by the Directors and usually approved within a couple of hours.
